XRPay connects hosted checkout, payment links, storefronts, point of sale, invoices, subscriptions, and B2B orders to one merchant payment history. Depending on eligibility and configuration, customers can pay through direct XRPL, card, bank, Mobile Money, or cryptocurrency-conversion routes.
Visit xrpay.it/signup and sign up with Google OAuth or an email/password. Enter your organization name and you'll land on your dashboard immediately. From there, set up your wallets and connect a sales channel.
No. You can price products and payment requests in supported fiat currencies while customers choose an available payment method. You still need to configure a merchant wallet, and some assets require an XRPL trustline. XRPay shows the required setup in the dashboard.
XRPay includes channel and integration workflows for BigCommerce, Shopify, Telegram, WhatsApp, Canva, Xaman, QuickBooks, GoDaddy, and shipping providers. Availability and automation depth vary by integration and plan. Payment links, invoices, hosted storefronts, and eligible POS access do not require an external ecommerce platform.
Direct XRPL payments typically confirm in 3–5 seconds and settle to the merchant wallet configured for the payment. Card, bank-funded, mobile-money, swap, and payout routes use external providers and have their own processing times, reviews, and status transitions.
Checkout can include direct XRP and RLUSD payments, supported cryptocurrencies through conversion, cards, bank-funded payments, and Mobile Money. The page shows only methods eligible for the customer, order, country, currency, and configured providers.
XRPay calculates the requested digital-asset amount from the order currency when a payment session is created. Quotes can expire or refresh, and conversion spreads, network costs, and provider fees depend on the selected asset and route. Review the amount shown before signing.
A confirmed direct XRPL transfer does not use the card-network chargeback process. Merchants can still issue refunds, and card or bank-funded provider routes may have separate dispute and reversal rules.
Refunds are separate outbound transactions initiated by you at your discretion. Navigate to the transaction in your dashboard, click 'Issue Refund', and specify the amount. Both the original payment and refund are recorded in your tax ledger.
Direct XRPL payments require a compatible wallet that can review and sign the transaction; customers do not need an XRPay merchant account. Provider-backed card, bank, or mobile-money options may let eligible customers pay without an XRPL wallet.
XRPay charges the platform transaction fee shown in your plan configuration. Growth is $29 per month and Enterprise is $99 per month before any applicable annual discount. Network costs, conversion costs, and provider fees are separate and vary by route.
Yes. Starter is $0 per month and includes up to 10 confirmed monthly transactions, one team member, payment links, invoicing, one webhook endpoint, and up to 5 published storefront products. A 0.5% platform fee applies to confirmed transactions. Features and limits are listed on the pricing page.
Compare the XRPay platform fee, network cost, conversion cost, and any provider fee with your processor’s actual contract. Direct XRPL transfers do not use card-network chargebacks, while provider-backed card and bank routes retain their own dispute rules.
Direct XRPL payments are created for the merchant wallet configured in XRPay. XRPay monitors the ledger and records confirmation status. Merchants should never provide a seed phrase or private key to a payment page.
Direct XRPL payments settle to the merchant wallet configured for the transaction. Separate fiat collection, swap, treasury, and payout routes may involve external providers or operational wallets; the selected route shows its destination and status.
XRPay uses HTTPS for browser and API traffic and encrypts supported stored integration credentials. Provider-hosted identity or payment screens collect their own sensitive fields under the provider’s security and privacy controls.
RLUSD is a US dollar-denominated stablecoin supported by XRPay on configured networks. It is different from XRP and is designed to track the US dollar, but merchants should still review issuer, network, liquidity, and regulatory risks.
A trustline is a one-time XRPL configuration that tells the ledger your account can hold a specific token (like RLUSD). Setting a trustline requires a small 2 XRP owner reserve. Without a RLUSD trustline, you can still receive native XRP payments.
XRPay is not currently listed as a native BigCommerce payment gateway. Merchant-authorized stores can use the private/custom integration, which connects an XRPay-labeled offline method to the hosted XRPay checkout and synchronizes verified payment status back to the order.
Connect the supported Shopify channel from the XRPay dashboard and follow the installation steps shown there. Available checkout and order-sync behavior depends on the current Shopify integration configuration.
Eligible plans can open the browser-based POS, add products by browsing, searching, SKU, or barcode, and present checkout to the customer. Direct XRPL payments typically confirm in 3–5 seconds, after which XRPay updates the transaction and inventory records.
XRPay's B2B marketplace lets businesses list wholesale products, discover suppliers, place orders, and track payment or escrow status in the associated order record. Plan, platform, network, conversion, and provider fees may apply.
