Track client payments from invoice to payout

Create an invoice or payment link, let the client use an available payment method, and keep confirmation, settlement, and fair-market-value records together.

Where the flow breaks

The operational problems behind the payment

  1. 01Long payment terms make cash flow unpredictable
  2. 02International transfers add fees and intermediary steps
  3. 03Payment holds are difficult to reconcile with project work
  4. 04Digital-asset income needs a defensible value-at-receipt record

How money moves

Three steps from request to recorded outcome

  1. 01

    Create the request

Send a branded invoice or payment link in the currency agreed with the client.

  2. 02

    Let the client choose

XRPay displays the wallet or provider-backed methods eligible for that route.

  3. 03

    Record what happened

Track confirmation, the received asset, fair market value, and any separate payout.

Why it fits

Built around the work freelancers & consultants already do

  1. 01

    One payment record

Keep the client, invoice, currency, payment route, and confirmation status attached to the same transaction.

  2. 02

    Clear cross-border options

Offer direct wallet payment globally while showing provider-backed methods only where they are available.

  3. 03

    Exportable transaction history

Use fair-market-value and transaction exports as inputs for accounting and tax preparation.

Direct settlement

Know which route you are using

Direct XRP and RLUSD payments require a compatible wallet and typically confirm on the XRP Ledger in 3–5 seconds. They settle to the merchant destination configured for that payment.

Provider-backed routes

Availability and timing can change

Card, bank, mobile-money, conversion, and payout services depend on country, currency, verification, provider coverage, fees, limits, and processing time. XRPay shows the available route before confirmation.

Available tools

Use only what the workflow needs

Start with one payment surface and add adjacent commerce tools when the business process requires them.

  • Payment links
  • Invoicing
  • Recurring billing
  • Bank payout options
  • FMV records
  • Multi-currency pricing

Questions

Details that affect setup

Can a client pay without a crypto wallet?

Possibly. Card, bank, or mobile-money methods may appear through an available provider when the merchant, client location, currency, and route are eligible. Otherwise, a direct wallet payment is required.

Does XRPay file taxes for me?

No. XRPay records payment details and fair market value at receipt for export. Tax treatment depends on your jurisdiction and circumstances, so use those records with your accountant or tax adviser.

Can I create recurring invoices?

You can create recurring billing schedules and track each payment cycle. Collection behavior depends on the payment method and authorization available for that subscription.

Create a client payment request

Starter is $0 per month. The 0.5% platform transaction fee and any network, provider, conversion, FX, or payout costs depend on the route used.
