Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your settings page. XRPay runs on simple monthly subscription billing with no contracts. Cancel anytime to stop renewal.
How do 30-day trials work?
Growth and Enterprise trials require a card. Stripe securely saves the payment method, and billing begins after 30 days unless you cancel before the trial ends.
How are card payments processed?
Eligible card and fiat-to-crypto flows are provided by integrated third parties. Availability, supported regions, fees, conversion rates, settlement assets, and processing times depend on the selected provider.
Does XRPay charge per-transaction percentages?
Yes. XRPay charges a 0.5% platform fee on confirmed transactions, in addition to applicable network costs and any fees charged by third-party payment or payout providers.
What happens if I reach my monthly transaction limit?
XRPay stops creating new live payment requests on that plan and directs the account administrator to upgrade. Test-mode payments do not count toward the live monthly limit.
What methods can I use to pay for XRPay plans?
You can pay with standard credit card methods, or choose to pay natively with cryptocurrency (using XRP or stablecoins).
