Wholesale and B2B
Protect wholesale orders with conditional settlement
Create B2B orders, use supported XRPL escrow conditions for direct payments, and keep order status and payment release visible to both sides.
Where the flow breaks
The operational problems behind the payment
- 01Long payment terms tie up working capital
- 02International wires add delay and intermediary fees
- 03Large orders need clear release conditions
- 04Order, payment, and fulfillment records often live apart
How money moves
Three steps from request to recorded outcome
- 01
Agree on the order
Set the products, quantity, amount, and commercial terms in the B2B workflow.
- 02
Fund the supported payment route
For eligible direct payments, XRPL escrow holds funds under the configured release condition.
- 03
Release and reconcile
Record the release event with the order and continue fulfillment from the same workspace.
Why it fits
Built around the work b2b wholesale already do
- 01
Conditional payment
Supported XRPL escrow flows make the release condition part of the payment rather than an off-platform promise.
- 02
Shared order status
Buyers and sellers can follow pending, funded, fulfilled, and released states against one order.
- 03
Operational continuity
Keep listings, inventory, invoicing, payment, and order tracking in the same merchant system.
Direct settlement
Know which route you are using
Direct XRP and RLUSD payments require a compatible wallet and typically confirm on the XRP Ledger in 3–5 seconds. They settle to the merchant destination configured for that payment.
Provider-backed routes
Availability and timing can change
Card, bank, mobile-money, conversion, and payout services depend on country, currency, verification, provider coverage, fees, limits, and processing time. XRPay shows the available route before confirmation.
Available tools
Use only what the workflow needs
Start with one payment surface and add adjacent commerce tools when the business process requires them.

- Bulk invoicing
- Inventory management
- Cross-border orders
- Order tracking
Questions
Details that affect setup
How does escrow work in XRPay?
For supported direct XRPL payments, funds are placed in an on-ledger escrow with the configured time or fulfillment condition. Release behavior depends on that condition. Provider-backed funding and payout routes have separate terms and are not automatically covered by XRPL escrow.
Can I set payment terms?
You can record order minimums and commercial terms for wholesale listings. Those terms do not create credit underwriting or force a buyer to pay on a particular date.
